Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

* As of January 1st, 2026 Clean & Boujee Auto Detailing will require deposits on all appointments in order to be scheduled in the calendar.

Please be aware that booking an appointment with us reserves dedicated time in our schedule specifically for you. Regrettably, we've experienced a significant surge in last-minute no-shows and cancellations over the past few weeks.

Depending on the total cost of the services you've selected, appointment deposits will range from $25 to $100. These deposits are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a new deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.

Is the Deposit Fee an Extra Fee? 

The deposit you provide will be deducted from the total cost of the services you receive; it's not an extra charge. For example, if your total service fee is $400 and you've paid a 10% deposit, you'll only need to pay $360 at the time of checkout.

Why do I have to place a Deposit for my appointment? 

We've noticed a rise in no-shows and last-minute cancellations or rescheduling, which poses significant challenges for a small business like ours. Requiring a deposit helps us gauge your commitment to working with us (and we genuinely value that!).

What if there is ugly weather & have to reschedule?

Weather conditions significantly influence the scheduling and location of our mobile services. In the event of inclement weather, we'll simply reschedule your appointment without requiring an additional deposit. For services conducted at our drop off location we're typically able to proceed regardless of weather conditions, unless they pose extreme risks to safety.

 Q: Do You Need Access To Water and Electricity? 

A: Yes, we currently do need access to water and electricity in order to perform our services. 

 Q: Do You Require A Deposit To Schedule An Appointment? 

A: Yes, as of January 1st 2026, we will require new customers to send a deposit in order to reserve your appointment and schedule it in our system. If you do not reserve with a deposit, you will not be able to proceed with an appointment. 

 Q: How Much Does A Full Detail Inside and Out Cost?

A: It ultimately depends on the condition of the vehicle and the size. In most cases an average price you can expect to pay can range between $325-$475 for our Full Detail Service. To get a more accurate price, we recommend scheduling a consultation with us or giving us a call. 

 Q: How Long Does It Take To Detail My Car? 

A: No vehicle is the same and because of that it varies. In most cases, our standard detail can take 1.5-2.5 hours. Our Full Detail service can range from 3.5-5.5 hours. To see how long it will take for your vehicle, contact us or schedule a consultation.
