COMMON FAQ'S
Do you shampoo the interior?
Yes! We do offer a Deep Cleaning Service which does include shampooing and steam cleaning the fabric seats, carpet, and floor mats.​
Do all the stains come out??
It’s not possible to go for perfection. The goal is to make a significant difference. Not every stain or blemish will be removed entirely. At the minimum, it’ll be reduced or minimized. Depending on the severity of the condition. It is always best to send a few pictures to see what kind of condition your vehicle may be and if we can help you with Detailing your car.
Can you come out to me for this service?
Absolutely! For this service, we can come out to your home. All we need is enough space to work on the vehicle. All we need once we get to your home is a place to plug in our tools and access to water supply. If you do not have a home and live in an apartment, then we recommend you dropping off your vehicle and picking it up once it is ready. Some of the areas we service are, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Winchester, San Jacinto, and other nearby cities and areas.
How long does the Detailing process take?
​ For our Deep Inside Cleaning Service it can take up to 4-6 hours alone while our Mini Interior Detail Service can take as little as 1-3 hours. It all depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. It also depends on what detailing you have chosen for your vehicle. We do recommend to plan out your day accordingly so we can come and take the time we need to ensure your vehicle is detailed to the highest standards possible!
Will my Interior be soaking wet?​
​ Absolutely not! We do not drench the interior with water. By the time we’re done (depending on the weather), all fabric material should be around 80% dry. We use air movers to speed up the dry time and use special upholstery tools for shampooing to minimize how much water we introduce into the fabric.
Will this service remove Smoke Odor from my car?​
​ There’s a difference between cleaning an interior to make it look better and removing an odor from an interior. The Full Interior Cleaning can help reduce an odor, but it would need a smoke odor-specific treatment to eliminate (or greatly reduce) the odor. We do offer smoke odor removal services. If you are someone who has a smoke odor or any type of odor/ smell that you'd like to get taken care of, give us a call to go over more details together to ensure you are aware of the procedures that are necessary to remove odor and smells.
Does this service include pet hair removal?​
​ If your vehicle does have a vast amount of pet hair, there will be an additional charge. Depending on the amount of pet hair it can sometimes range an additional charge of $25-$100. This extra service is different from our Deep Inside Cleaning Service and Mini-Interior Detail Service. If you are someone who would like to get your car pet-hair FREE, we can always add this service as an "Add-On" to ensure you have a nice clean car when we are finished that is "Pet-Hair FREE".
Do you require Deposit Fees?
​ Yes we do. We do require a deposit fee of $25 in order to reserve the day and time for your desired appointment. Deposit fees are determined based upon the detailing package and price we agree upon. Your deposit fee will go towards the total of your detailing service. Our Deposit Fees are NON REFUNDABLE. If you do decide to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to our scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit and will need to schedule another appointment and would require another deposit fee.
